Resume: Wang Xiaoliu, male, was born on June 1967, started to work on Dec.1990, became a member of CPC on June 1995, a master degree.
He used to be official of Yingkou Ocean Safety Inspection Bureau, official of Yingkou Local Taxation Bureau, vice-secretary and secretary of Yingkou Youth League, vice-chief-secretary of Yingkou CPC, director of Yingkou policy and research office, deputy mayor.
