   Mrs. Jin Xuefen was born in Yingkou. She liked to collect and make paper cuts when she was young. After 40 years harding working, she has evolved a style of its own on paper cuts. Now she is the member of the Friendship Association of  Calligraphers and Painters of China; the member of Paper cuts Association of Liaoning Province; the vice-Chairwoman and the Secretary of Yingkou Paper cuts Association; the director of Yingkou Association for Collector of Antiques  and the member of Yingkou Artists Association.
