Investment in the first half year
In the first half year, Yingkou has carried out 229 internal invested projects, among: 192 projects have been started with the capital put in accounts over 5 million Yuan. The actual amount put in accounts is 6.53 billion Yuan, which has taken the 54.4% of the 12 billion Yuan and increase 42.3% compared with the same time in last year.(July 27,2006)
